   Defense of Miss xxxxxx xxxxxxxx,  who's Civil Rights are 
   Being Denied. xxxxxx is currently incarcerated at the 
   Woman's  Correctional Facility, in Waterbury, Vermont..

   I interviewed Miss xxxxxxxx, Monday August 14th, to find 
   that she had not been advised of her Constitutional Rights, TO 
   GIVE A STATEMENT IN HER DEFENSE, AND HAVE 
   HER CHARGES AND ALLEGATIONS INVESTIGATED.. 
   &   She Had NO paperwork, detailing the charges to be 
       defended, or the date of the next scheduled hearing..Miss 
       Mitchell described her attorney as a "SLACKER"..
